Thank you for shopping with Defender Armoury! We strive to provide excellent service and timely delivery of your orders. Below is our shipping policy, which covers both domestic and international shipments.


1. Shipping Locations

We offer international shipping to selected countries. Currently, we ship to the United Kingdom and various international locations. Please note that shipping to the USA will have specific conditions due to new tariffs (see below).


2. Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location, the size, weight, and value of your order. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days for UK, 7-14 business days for international orders)

  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days for UK, 5-7 business days for international orders)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on location, shipping carrier, and unforeseen circumstances.


3. Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

Please Note: While we make every effort to process your order promptly, delivery times may vary depending on the destination.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout. Orders over £[Insert Amount] within the UK qualify for free standard shipping. International shipping charges will depend on the destination and size of the order.


5. International Shipping & Customs

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note:

  • Customs Charges & Duties: International customers (outside the UK) are responsible for any customs charges, taxes, or duties that may be levied upon delivery. These charges are determined by the customs authority in the destination country, and you should check with your local customs office for information about any potential fees.

  • Customs Delays: Customs processes can occasionally delay shipments. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing. Please monitor your tracking information for updates.

  • Shipping to the USA: Due to new tariffs and customs regulations, shipping to the USA will be handled separately. Customers from the USA may experience different shipping costs and delivery times. In addition, any applicable tariffs, taxes, or duties imposed by the US government will be the responsibility of the customer.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if available) and a link to track your package.

Note: While we will make every effort to ensure the timely delivery of your order, Defender Armoury is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.


7. Missing or Damaged Items

While we take great care in packaging your order, we are not responsible for damages caused during transit. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product at sales@defenderarmoury.com. We will provide you with return instructions and resolve the issue promptly.


8. Delivery Delays

Defender Armoury is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Customs clearance processes

  • Strikes or labor issues

  • Shipping carrier delays

We will always do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, but please be aware of these potential delays.


9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us immediately at sales@defenderarmoury.com.


10. Lost Packages

In the rare event that your package is lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and, depending on the circumstances, may offer a replacement or refund.


11. Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain locations or customers for legal, security, or logistical reasons. This includes remote or restricted areas. Some countries may have restrictions on the import of specific products, so please check the import laws of your country before placing an order.


12. Changes to Shipping Policy
